Accreditation – Renewal (BS/SS/FS)                            :           75,000/-

 

Accreditation – Fresh (Family Medicine)                      :           50,000/-

 

Accreditation – Renewal (Family Medicine)                :           50,000/-

 

Accreditation Application Form Fee                             :           3000/-

 

Teleconferencing per Year-1 Subject                           :           10,000/-

 

Teleconferencing per Year – More than Subject       :           20,000/-

 

 

ALL HOSPITALS/INSTITUTIONS APPLYING FOR FRESH/RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION SHALL ADHERE TO THE FEE STRUCTURE MENTIONED ABOVE.
