NOTICE – CET CENTRALIZED COUNSELING

SCHEDULE FOR COUNSELING

The schedule for allocation of vacant seats of  DNB – Broad Specialty including Family Medicine is stated below.

Status of DNB seats remaining vacant after allotment shall be updated on daily basis on NBE website www.natboard.edu.in. Kindly check the availability of DNB seats at NBE website before reporting to counseling venue on assigned date & time. In case all DNB seats for this session are allotted up to the reporting schedule for your merit position, please do not  report to NBE for counseling. Candidates may kindly note the following:-

1. Counselling venue is: National Board of Examinations, PSP area, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi - 75.

(Near District Court, Dwarka; nearest metro station is sector 10 Dwarka (approx. 300 metres)

2. Candidate has to be present in person on the day of his/her counseling to claim the seat at scheduled time specified in his/her Rank Letter. No representative on behalf of candidate will be permitted. Late arrival will disqualify the candidate from counseling.

3. Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with certified copies of the documents at S.No. (ii) to (ix), while coming for allotment of seats:

                                 i.            Rank Letter downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in

                                ii.            CET PASS certificate issued by NBE with stamp of participation in first round of counseling.

                              iii.            MBBS Degree/Provisional passing certificate.

                               iv.            Internship Completion Certificate.

                                v.            Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.

                               vi.            Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.

                             vii.            SC/ST certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.

                            viii.            OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable. The sub-caste should tally with the central list of OBC.

                               ix.            Any other relevant certificate or document.

* Provisional certificate of MBBS Degree is permissible only for those candidates who had passed the MBBS course in the year 2010.
