DNB CET - July 2017 Admission Session–Schedule for 3rd Round of Counseling

§  The 3rd Round of DNB CET – July 2017 Centralized Merit Based Counseling shall be conducted by NBE as per the schedule given below at its Dwarka Office, New Delhi.

·   



     Only those candidates who had opted for participation in further round of counseling during the 2nd round of counseling are eligible to participate in the 3rd round of counseling subject to verification of their original documents and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria as laid down in the concerned information bulletin and handbook for DNB CET Centralized Merit Based Counseling for July 2017 admission session.   There is no fee to be paid for participation in 3rd Round of Counseling. 

·         Candidates who have opted a confirmed seat during the previous round of counseling are NOT eligible to participate in 3rd Round of Counseling irrespective of their joining/non- joining/resignation from the seat already opted for.

§  The list of candidates eligible for DNB CET– 3rd Round of Counseling July 2017 admission session shall be made available on NBE website shortly.

§  Candidates will be required to bring all prescribed documents in original to participate in the Centralized Counseling at NBE office.

·         Candidates without original documents shall not be allowed to appear/participate in Centralized Counseling by NBE under any circumstances.

·         Candidates appearing in the Counseling in-person for the first time (including online opt out candidates during the previous rounds of counseling) are required to bring self certified photocopies of the documents at the time of documents verification.  The list of documents can be seen in the Handbook of Counseling which is available on the website.

·         The Indicative seat matrix shall be made available on NBE website shortly. Final Seat matrix shall be notified at the NBE website and the Counseling venue prior to the commencement of the counseling.

·         The candidates appearing for counseling can either opt for a confirmed seat or exercise their option for participation in further round of counseling (if conducted). The conduct of further round of counseling shall be subject to feasibility and availability of seats after the conduct of third round of counseling.

·         Candidate can also exercise his/her option for participation in further round of counseling (ie opting out) through NBE website www.natboard.edu.in till the day of his / her scheduled counseling.  The candidate need not appear for counseling in-person at NBE office Delhi for opting out for further round of counseling.  Candidate can access NBE website from anywhere to use the facility for opting out for further round of counseling (if conducted). Such candidate shall not be marked as absent and shall be given an opportunity to participate in further round of counseling, if conducted by NBE for the same academic session.
