FINAL NOTICE

WITHHELD RESULT -FMG SCREENING TEST  CANDIDATES

It is hereby informed that result of Provisionally Eligible candidates is withheld for the want of one or more of the following documents:

1        Photocopy of Foreign Medical Qualification certificate, Apostilled / Attested by Indian Embassy and then attested by a Gazette Officer of India.

2        Photocopy of Passport, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

3        Copy of latest passport size photograph, duly attested by a Gazetted              

Officer.

4        Photocopy of 10 + 2 certificate, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

5        Photocopy of Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI, attested by a Gazetted

Officer.

6        Any Other document as intimated earlier vide letter.        

The provisional eligible candidates are required to submit the necessary documents as already informed via earlier letters, latest by 15^th November, 2009, falling which their candidature may be cancelled .No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
